Cadet of GCW Udhampur joins OTA Chennai
Cadet Zubiksha Thakur, D/O Sh. Mulkh Raj has qualified SSB NCC SPECIAL ENTRY SCHEME 2023 at Bhopal and made it in the merit list to join ORA Chennai. Zubiksha was a student of the college (batch 2019) and an exemplary NCC Cadet.
It was after her 11 attempts (7 - AFCAT, 4 - NCC), getting 5 times merit out, 4 times screen out, 2 times conference out in her 12th attempt she first time got recommended from Army board and got merit in too. Prof. Monika Sharma, Principal GCW Udhampur congratulated the Cadet and appreciated her efforts and expected her to be the role model for the NCC Cadets and aspirants of the college.
