Government College for Women, Udhampur felicitated its 2 cadets, who represented UTs of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh at Republic day celebration 2023, held at New Delhi. The College Principal, Dr. Monika Sharma felicitated the cadets at a ceremony held here on the college campus.
The NCC cadet participated in various competitions in RDC and gave their excellent performance. SUO Vaishali Sharma from 2 J&K NCC Girls Bn, Jammu was selected in cultural contigent and Prime Minister's Rally and SUO Priya Devi was selected for Kartavya Path from 1J&K NCC Girls Bn, Srinagar.
Addressing the NCC cadets, the College Principle appreciated their extra ordinary performance and exhorted them to continue to work with same dedication and sincerity.
The Principal also congratulated the Associate NCC Officer, Lt. Kamal Deep Kaur and Prof. Shallu Jasrotia for their hard work and dedication due to which NCC cadets registered such big achievement at National level.
