GCW UDHAMPUR ORGANIZES PLEDGE TAKING AND RALLY UNDER HAR GHAR TIRANGA CAMPAIGN

The NCC, NSS Unit and Red Ribbon Club of Government College for Women, Udhampur organised a pledge-taking ceremony here on Friday under the aegis of 'Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' to celebrate the campaign 'Har Ghar Tiranga' on 75th Independence Day. The volunteers took a pledge to abide by the rules of the constitution and proove themselves to be true citizens of the nation. After taking the pledge the students marched a rally starting from the college premises, covering the city of the town and culminated the rally at DC Office, Udhampur.
College principal Prof.(Dr) Monika Sharma appreciated the staff and students. She inspired the students to take this campaign to every nook and corner of the country. She asked the students to realise the importance of Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign and motivated them to take part in this mission with enthusiasm. All volunteers participated in this campaign with zeal. All staff members were also present on this occasion.
