GCW, Udhampur Releases Documentary CHAHAT On International Girl Child Day

18 October, 2021: Chahat, a documentary based on a true story, to promote girl child education was made and released by GCW, Udhampur. The 15 minute documentary pertinently included the messages from renowned personalities like Lt Gen Madhuri Kanitkar, AVSM, VSM and Ms. Gul Panag, Actor and Politician. They shared their insights on the significance of educating girl child and motivated the team for such an enthusiastic effort. They also congratulated the Principal, Prof. Minu Mahajan and staff for bringing out this creative venture. Prof. Minu Mahajan, Principal, GCW, Udhampur had been a pillar of strength throughout, encouraging the NCC team and their ANO, Lt (Dr) Kamal Deep Kaur, to make such documentaries. Previously, the college released UTSARG, a documentary showcasing the journey of our great heroes of Kargil War.
