Unity Day celebrated at GCW Udhampur
31 October 2022, Udhampur: To commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel celebrated as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) a run for unity of 12 Kms was organized by NCC Cadets of 2nd J&K NCC Girls Bn, Jammu and NSS Unit of GCW Udhampur, here today.
The marathon was flagged off from GCW Udhampur and was culminated at Gole Market, Udhampur. 80 NCC Cadets, 50 NSS volunteers and faculty members participated in the rally. Prominent among the present were Prof. Kewal Kumar, Prof. Mool Raj, Prof. Sanjay Kumar (NSS PO), Prof. Binny Kumar, Prof. Sanjay, Prof. Arun, Prof. Amit Kumar. Earlier this morning, a pledge was administered by Lt (Dr) Kamal Deep Kaur, ANO of the college to all the participants on the occasion.
